Hineni's Summer Machane (camp) is run annually in the December/January school holidays for students from Sydney and Canberra. Chanichim (participants) make new friends, strengthen their Jewish identity and most importantly, have lots of fun! 

Our Summer Camp is run by passionate and experienced Madrichim (leaders), who strive to create a unique, fun and inspiring camp experience for all participants. All of our Madrichim have undergone a Hadracha (leadership) training course. The high level of responsibility of all our Madrichim is important to us for the safety and enjoyment of our camp.

HINENI COVID-19 RESPONSE

Due to the uncertainty surrounding domestic travel restrictions, Chofesh will be run independently in NSW and VIC this summer.

The safety of our participants is Hineni’s top priority. Hineni is closely monitoring COVID-19 guidelines and collaborating with NSW Health to ensure that all government requirements are being met for camp. We are also in the process of developing a COVID safety plan in conjunction with the campsite which will be distributed to all participants prior to the camp.
